How to Reschedule or Cancel
To Reschedule or Cancel your test, click on:
- View complete history that is at the bottom of the My History menu.
- Find the test you would like to reschedule. Only test appointments where the date has not passed can be rescheduled.
- To the right of the test name will be a list of four items.
- View Details
- View Receipt
- Reschedule
- Cancel
If you wish to Reschedule, click on the Reschedule link and then choose date and time. Then click on the green 'Reschedule' button.
If you wish to Cancel, click on the Cancel link and then click on the green 'Yes, cancel my registration' button.
