How to Reschedule

Test / Exam registrations cannot be rescheduled if the test date is less than 24 hours. 

1. Select either the Dashboard, History, or View complete history Tabs to view all upcoming test/exam registrations.
    
2. Select the red 'Reschedule' link option beside a test/exam registration to reschedule testing. The 'Reschedule' link will not be visible when the  test date is less than 24 hours.
    
3. Select a new test date by choosing available testing dates from the calendar located under the Choose a Date heading.
    
4. Choose a new test time by selecting from available times listed under the Choose a Time heading.
    
5. Select the 'Reschedule' button to reschedule the testing.
    
6. The new rescheduled test date will be reflected in the list of registered exams in the History or Dashboard tabs.
