Before You Book Your Exams

• Carefully read the Privacy Agreement before proceeding.
• You must be a registered Accessibility Services student with approved accommodations for this term.
• Review the information in this section thoroughly.
• Check the More Information section (on the right side of this page, under "My History") for important details on the exam process.

If you are taking a Trades Entry Assessment Exam, please review the specific registration guidelines before booking.

**FINAL EXAMS**

• If your exam falls within these dates, set seating times and booking deadlines apply:
  • April 11–17, 2025 (booking closes 10 business days prior to the exam date until April 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM)
  • April 22–28, 2025 (booking closes 10 business days prior to the exam date until April 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM)
  • May 15–25, 2025 (booking closes ten business days prior to the exam date until May 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM)
• If your exam is during these periods, follow the Final Exams Week instructions in the More Information section (on the right).
• If your final exam is outside these dates, book as usual.

GENERAL EXAM BOOKING GUIDELINES

• Book at least 10 business days in advance (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Late requests may be considered via email (accessibility@bcit.ca) with the submission of the completed exam request form (pdf). Requests with less than two business days' notice will not be accepted.
• Asynchronous courses: Choose a date/time within the instructor’s exam period.
• If booking outside of the scheduled class time, written instructor permission is required (email accepted).
• Evening/weekend exams may be rescheduled to fit within invigilation hours.
