How to Reschedule

Rescheduling will be unavailable when the test date is less than 24 hours away.

1. Select either the Dashboard or History Tabs to view all upcoming test/exam registrations.
    
2. Select the red 'Reschedule' link option beside a test/exam registration to reschedule testing. If the 'Reschedule' link is not present, rescheduling is unavailable due to the test date being less than 24 hours away.
    
3. Select a new test date by choosing available testing dates from the calendar located under the Choose a Date heading.
    
4. Choose a new test time by selecting from available times listed under the Choose a Time heading.
    
5. Select the 'Reschedule' button to reschedule the testing.
    
6. The new rescheduled test date will be reflected in the list of registered exams in the History or Dashboard tabs.
