How to Cancel

Test / Exam registrations cannot be cancelled if the test date is less than 24 hours.

1. Select either the Dashboard, History, or View complete history Tabs to view all upcoming test/exam registrations.
    
2. Select the red 'Cancel' link option beside a test/exam registration to cancel the testing. The 'Cancel' link will not be visible when the  test date is less than 24 hours.
    
3. Select the 'Yes, cancel my registration' button to cancel the registration. Select the 'Keep current registration' link option if you do not want to cancel the test/exam registration. 
    
4. Your registration cancellation will be confirmed through an automated email and a cancellation message will appear at the top of the screen.
